● Starting Point: Begin at the bike pick-up point on Berrow Beach Road, just steps from the golden sands. 

● Journey: Pedal along Coast Road, passing through the lively Brean strip with its arcades and shops. 

● Turning Point: Turn right towards Weston-super-Mare, entering the shared footpath and cycle path. 

● Route 33: Continue until you reach Café 33, then veer left onto the Route 33 cycleway. The path may feel like a private driveway at first, but it soon opens up to stunning coastal views. 

● Coastal Path: Follow the clear signposts towards Weston, passing informative boards and maps that offer insights into the local history and wildlife. 

● Sluice Crossing: Ride over the sluice gate, entering a bird sanctuary teeming with diverse wildlife. 

● First Stop – Uphill: Discover the charming village of Uphill, featuring a quaint boat harbour, sandy beach, and a welcoming café—ideal for a refreshing break. 

● Beach Ride: The flat sandy beach stretches approximately 250 meters beyond the boatyard, leading to the Knightstone Jetty on Weston’s seafront.

● Gates Ahead: Approaching Uphill, you’ll encounter gates that may require some maneuvering. 

● Beach Sand: Uphill’s sandy beach has fine sand, which can be challenging for bike traction. Consider pushing your bike onto firmer sand.
